  • We make every effort to provide up-to-date and accurate information about our products. However, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur.
  • If we discover an error in your order, we will contact you and give you the option to amend or cancel.
  • All items are subject to availability. No guarantee is given that a specific item will be in stock at any given time.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, this represents an offer to purchase goods from us.
  • We will confirm receipt via an email acknowledgment. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (GBP).
  • We are not VAT-registered and do not charge VAT on any of our products or services.
  • The price you see at checkout is the full amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges.
  • Payments must be made at the time of order through the secure checkout using accepted payment methods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently offer Standard Delivery (UK only).
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Order dispatch: Orders are normally processed and sent out within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking details will be provided if available.
  • Deliveries are made by third-party couriers. While we aim to meet advertised delivery timeframes, these are estimates and delays may occur outside our control.

Shipping restrictions:

  • We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery issues:

  • You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your order fails delivery and is returned to us, we may charge additional redelivery fees.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
  • We may request photos of the issue to arrange a replacement, refund, or repair.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel and return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your cancellation rights:

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to let us know if you'd like to return an item for any reason.
  • You do not need to provide a reason to cancel within this timeframe.

How to return an item:

  • Contact us at info@pedalboardpro.com within 14 days of receiving your goods to notify us of your return request.
  • We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping:

  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you are responsible for return postage costs.
  • You should use a tracked or insured service, as you remain responsible until the goods reach us.

Refunds:

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been sent back (whichever is sooner).
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
