Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how you can return a product and request a refund in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return most purchases made online.

You can:

  • Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason.
  • You do not need to give a reason for cancelling within this period.

This applies to most standard goods but does not apply to:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Sealed items (e.g. software, hygiene goods) once unsealed
  • Digital downloads after downloading has started (with consent)

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item:

  1. Email us at info@pedalboardpro.com within 14 days of receipt to let us know you’d like to return your order.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return the item in unused condition, in its original packaging, with any included accessories to:

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • We recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as you are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return or receive proof that the goods have been sent back:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is complete

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. We'll work to resolve the issue with a refund, repair, or replacement.
